BUTTERMILK REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. shortening, melted
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk

Mix all ingredients and place in refrigerator overnight. Pinch small amounts of dough and place in buttered muffin pans. Let rise before baking. Bake in a 400 degree oven until golden brown.
