ZUCCHINI BARS 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients except for the frosting. Pour into 2 greased cookie sheets. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

FROSTING: Cream butter and cream cheese. Blend in milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Spread on bars. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
