HOT RELISH 
2 lg. green peppers, chopped
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 qt. chopped cabbage
2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp. Sweet-10
1/2 tbsp. dried hot red pepper
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. ground celery seed

Combine vinegar, sweetener and spices in large pan and bring to boil. Add chopped vegetables. Bring to boil and cook 3 minutes. Makes 4 pints. Keep refrigerated.
