3 oz. pkg. sugar free orange Jello
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin orange sections
8 oz. carton light cottage cheese
12 oz. carton of whipped topping

Pour Jello powder over cottage cheese. Mix until cottage is an even orange. Drain pineapple tidbits and mandarin orange sections. Stir into cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip until even colored. Chill and serve.

Can substitute mixed fruit Jello and fruit cocktail (or any other fruits and flavors) for orange Jello and mandarin sections.
