PINEAPPLE-CHEESE SALAD MOLD 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pt. cream, whipped

Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat pineapple, lemon juice and sugar. When sugar is dissolved, add softened gelatin. Cool. Add grated cheese and fold in whipped cream. Mold. Serves 6 to 8.
