CHEDDAR CHEESE PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Combine Jello and boiling water. Cool. Beat in sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in pineapple. Chill until partially set. Fold in cheese. Chill until firm.
