PINEAPPLE CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello (3 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple (13 oz.)
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
2-3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Mix Jello with 1 cup boiling water and add sugar, let thicken. Then add pineapple and cheese and fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate.
