PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1/3 c. peanut butter, crunchy
1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. chocolate chips
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend peanut butter with confectioners' sugar until mealy. Sprinkle 3/4 of this into 9" pie shell. Save rest to sprinkle over meringue.

In saucepan, combine sugar, flour, salt; slowly stir in milk; cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly and cook 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat; stir small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks. Stir egg yolks into pan, cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Pour over peanut butter mixture. Melt 2/3 cup chips with little milk, put on pie before meringue. Sprinkle remaining mixture over meringue and bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
