EASY STUFFED SHELLS 
1 pkg. large shells
2 pkgs. frozen creamed spinach
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Salt and pepper
32 oz. jar Ragu sauce
1 lb. ground beef

Cook shells with a little oil. Drain and put on wax paper. Cook spinach and put in large bowl. Add cheese, Ricotta, salt and pepper. Stuff shells and put in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Brown beef, drain and mix with Ragu sauce. Pour over stuffed shells. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
