STUFFED PASTA SHELLS 
Hamburger, browned, drained (about 1 lb.)
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained well, squeeze all water out
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
Grated Parmesan cheese, about 1/2 c.
Oregano to taste
Garlic to taste

Mix above thoroughly and stuff in cooked manicotti pasta shells. Spoon just enough jar spaghetti sauce over top to cover well. Top with grated Swiss cheese and oregano flakes. Bake in moderate oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
