10 sm. potatoes
1 lg. onion
4 carrots
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. hamburger (optional)

Slice potatoes, onion, carrots in a 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; dot with butter. Put raw hamburger over it all. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until done.
