TUNA MOUSSE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 env. Knox gelatin 1/2 c. hot water 1 c. chopped celery 12 oz. tuna 1 c. mayonnaise Melt in saucepan: soup, cream cheese and onion. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup of hot water. Add this to the cream cheese mixture, also celery, tuna and mayonnaise. Mix above well. Pour into a mold -- unmold and serve on platter with crackers. Spread mousse on crackers and enjoy!! |
