SEAFOOD MOUSSE MOLD 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
3 cans sm. shrimp, drained
1 can tomato soup
1 env. unflavored gelatin

Heat soup (no additional water), dissolve gelatin with 1/3 cup of cold water mix, stir, cool and pour into desired mold. Fills large size fish shaped mold nicely. Chill 8 hours or overnight. To unmold, with a thin knife gently go around mold edge, dip mold in lukewarm water and flip over onto desired platter. Garnish platter with various crackers.
