HEALTHY FIBER BREAD 
6 1/4 - 7 1/2 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. whole bran cereal
1 c. raisins
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cream cottage cheese
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. molasses
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine oatmeal, bran cereal, raisins, boiling water, cottage cheese and shortening. Stir until shortening melts. Add molasses, salt and sugar. Add dry ingredients and beat with electric mixer. Knead in flour. Let rise until double. Divide into 3 or 4 and make loaves. Put in greased bread pans and let rise until way above pan. Bake at 360 to 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
