EASY HAMBURGER AND POTATOES IN
OVEN

So Good!

2-3 lb. hamburger (adjust for serving preference)
9 large potatoes
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
seasoned salt (Lawry's)
1 bottle All-Purpose sauce (Country Bob's)
aluminum foil

Slice potatoes. Cut onion and slice green pepper into long pieces.

Tear off a good amount of hamburger (I do about 1/2 pound each), pat into a round ball and pat it out some. Tear off aluminum foil (about 6 sheets) enough to hold hamburger and potatoes.

Next put hamburger in center of the foil and add 8 slices of potatoes, onion and 2 slices of green pepper. Sprinkle seasoned salt onto meat and potatoes and pour all-purpose sauce on top of the mixture, just enough for seasoning. Wrap the sides up and close the aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet or pan. Repeat for remaining foil packages.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.

Once it is done take out hamburger, potatoes and onion and serve with your favorite rolls and steak sauce...

Makes 6 servings.
