SPICY TOMATO SAUCE 
2 (8 oz.) cans no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, undrained
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. chopped green onions
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano

Combine all ingredients in pan; simmer, uncovered. Yield: 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons.
