FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
2 c. heavy cream
1 c. butter
1 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lbs. fettuccine or flat noodles, cooked according to directions on pkg.

Place 1 1/2 cups cream and butter in saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until butter melts. Remove from heat. Add noodles to cream mixture and toss. Add remaining cream, Parmesan cheese and salt; mix well. Return to heat and cook 1 minute. Toss gently to coat noodles thoroughly and serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8.
