GALLEY PIE DOUGH 
14 oz. all purpose flour (1-3/4 cups)
1/2 lb shortening (1 cup)
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 cup ice cold water

Preheat oven to 380°F.

Combine dry ingredients; stir in cold water quickly. Divide dough into 3 parts and roll out to desired thickness.

Line 3 pie pans and bake for 6-8 minutes or til golden brown.

Good for custard and pudding pies, pumpkin pies, etc. May also be used unbaked in any pie recipe that will be baked.
