BROWNIE PUDDING CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cocoa 3/4 c. milk 1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. chopped nuts Sift together flour, sugar and cocoa into a bowl. Add milk, butter and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. 1/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cocoa 1 3/4 c. boiling water Combine brown sugar, sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm topped with ice cream. |
