BROWNIE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa

Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add milk, oil and vanilla; mix until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Mix together brown sugar and 1/4 cup of cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until done.
