GINGER ALE CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts (remove skin, cut from bone)
1-2 c. ginger ale
1-2 c. half & half
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Cooking spray

Over low to medium heat, place skillet. Spray with cooking spray. Saute chicken on one side (until pink is gone), turn over. Season. Use lots of paprika for color. Pour in ginger ale. Cook until liquid is reduced to half. Pour in half & half and cook again until volume of liquid is half. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat. The chicken may be served as is or it may be served over buttered noodles or rice.
