1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. Karo syrup (white)

PAN #2:
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 sq. grated chocolate

When pan #2 comes to a boil, pour in pan #1. Boil 5 minutes. Add 1 cup pecans and 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until creamy.
