BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)

Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook broccoli; drain. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour in casserole dish. Bake until knife comes out clean. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Corn Puff - Use 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen corn.

Spinach Puff - Use 2 (10 ounce) packages chopped spinach.
