BROCCOLI CHICKEN PUFF 
2 c. cooked diced chicken
4 frozen pkg. broccoli spears, thawed and cut up in lg. pieces
2 eggs
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded white cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs

Slightly beat eggs. Mix in mayonnaise and mushroom soup. Add milk. Stir in chicken and broccoli chunks. Stir in 1 cup cheese.

Pour into buttered 4 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
