BROCCOLI PUFF | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli 1 c. Bisquick mix 2 eggs 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.) 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 5 1/2 cup souffle dish or 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook broccoli as directed; drain. Beat Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve immediately. Corn puff substitute - 2 packages frozen corn for broccoli. Spinach puff substitute - 2 (10 ounce) packages chopped spinach. |
