FRIED NOODLES 
8 oz. fine noodles
3 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter

Cook noodles and drain in a colander and while in colander add onion and parsley and toss. Melt butter in large skillet, add the noodles and pat them into an even layer. Cook over low heat uncovered, for about 15 minutes, gently turn with a spatula until lightly browned. You can double the recipe for more servings.
