PORK PIE 
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 - 3/4 lb. ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
Sage, cinnamon & poultry seasoning to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs or 2-3 tbsp. instant potatoes
2 pie crusts

Over medium to low heat, cook meat, onions and spices. If cooked mixture is watery, add bread crumbs or instant potatoes to thicken. Put in uncooked pie crust and cover with another crust, pinching crusts together and making slits in top crust to allow to escape. Cook about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
