PORK PIES 
2 med. onions, diced
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 lb. pork
2 lbs. hamburger
6-7 potatoes

Shake in celery salt.

Mix all this together in large pot. Add hot water to top level of meat. Cook for 4 hours on low heat. Stir every so often. Drain liquid from meat after the 4 hours. Add 6 to 7 good size potatoes, if small add 9 to 10. Mix all together. Should be light brown. Should make 2 big pies or 8 small little ones.
