CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 sm. can mushrooms

Cook noodles. Spread in bottom of 9 1/2" x 11" baking dish. Layer chicken over noodles. Spread 4 ounces cheese over noodles and chicken. Then add the cooked broccoli and mushrooms (drained). Mix the soup and broth, pour over entire casserole. Add remaining 4 ounces of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, spread one small can of French fried mushrooms (or onions) over all and bake an additional 5 minutes.
