FRUIT MUESLI 
4 c. 4 Grain cereal flakes or Wheat Flakes
1 c. regular rolled oats
3/4 c. coarsely chopped almonds (toasted) or pecans
1/2 c. wheat germ or wheat bran
1 (6 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruit bits
1/2 c. unsalted sunflower seeds or grapenuts cereal
1/2 c. dried banana chips, coarsely crushed

Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator.
