PINTO AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
(Microwave)
 
2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. pork sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sliced pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chili sauce

Crumble and brown sausage in 1/2 quart glass baking dish. Add onion. Microwave 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Mix other ingredients then stir sausage and remaining ingredients into pinto beans. Microwave covered 10-12 minutes. Regular oven 30 to 40 minutes, 350 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
