SPICY SAUSAGE STEW (MICROWAVE) 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 green pepper, cut into chunks
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole, heat sausage on high for 9 minutes. Stirring once, drain. Add remaining ingredients, heat covered on high 8 minutes, stirring once. Then heat covered on low 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally until pork is tender. Serve over noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
