COUNTRY BEAN BAKE (MICROWAVE) 
1 med. apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 c. thinly slice celery
2 cans pork and beans
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tsp. prepared mustard

In a 2-quart casserole, combine apple, onion, celery; cover and microwave on high 5-6 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and microwave on high 8-10 minutes or until heated through, stir after 4 minutes. Can be topped with shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired. Makes 8-10 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
