MICROWAVE APPLE TURKEY BAKE 
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
3 tbsp. butter
1 (22 oz.) can apple pie filling
3 c. cubed, cooked turkey
3/4 c. water
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 can chow mein noodles

In 1 quart bowl, combine celery and butter. Cook, covered at high for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Cut apples from filling into small pieces. Stir all pie filling into celery along with turkey, water, green pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and bouillon granules. Cook, covered, at medium high for 8 minutes, stirring once. Serve over chow mein noodles. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
