BAKE CORN (MICROWAVE) 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in 1 1/2 quart micro proof casserole dish on high speed for 30 seconds. Stir in flour to make a smooth paste. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Cover and cool on 70 (roast) for 10 minutes. Stir once during cooking period. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
