BAKE CORN (MICROWAVE) | |
2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 2 c. milk 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Melt butter in 1 1/2 quart micro proof casserole dish on high speed for 30 seconds. Stir in flour to make a smooth paste. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Cover and cool on 70 (roast) for 10 minutes. Stir once during cooking period. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
