MICROWAVE BAKED CUSTARD 
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg, raisins, and graham crackers

Microwave milk in 2 cup measure cup and heat on high speed for 2-3 minutes until bubbly. In bowl, mix eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla, using a whisk. Blend in milk. Put 5 raisins, one crushed graham cracker in bottom of 4 cups; pour milk mixture over this and sprinkle nutmeg on top of each filled cup. Arrange cups in a circle and microwave at medium (70-75%) high until custard resembles soft- set gelatin, 4-7 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
