MICROWAVE CRAB CANAPES 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. finely diced onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. white horseradish
1 tsp. tomato catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
20 Melba crackers or toasted bread squares

In glass mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except Melba crackers or bread squares; mix well. Heap slightly less than a tablespoon of mixture onto each cracker or bread square.

Place on glass tray lined with paper towel or doily. Cover; cook on roast (7) for 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish as desired. (Use 13"x9" glass baking dish.) Yield: 20 appetizers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
