ECLAIR RING 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. water
4 eggs
3 half pints heavy cream
3 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can chocolate frosting

Boil water and butter in pan, add flour, add 1 egg at a time, spread on cookie sheets in ring shape. Cook 1/2 hour with oven on 350 degrees, then turn off oven, leave in for 1/2 hour in oven. Beat cream, vanilla pudding, and milk in bowl, slice ring in half and pour pudding mixture inside. Melt frosting in microwave oven and spread on top of ring.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
