CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

FROSTING:

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. white corn syrup
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix together pudding and milk. Add 1 carton Cool Whip. Put 1 layer of graham crackers in 9"x13" pan. Layer pudding mixture, layer graham crackers, layer of pudding mixture. Do this the day before you plan to serve it.

For frosting, melt chocolate, butter and milk together. Add remaining ingredients and frost the dessert.
