MARY'S LUNCHEON SHRIMP 
1 or 2 cans shrimp
1 can red pimento (optional)
1 pkg. noodles, cooked
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can or less of milk

TOPPING:

1 tsp. melted butter
5 crushed whole wheat crackers
1 tsp. wheat germ

Rinse shrimp and grate cheese, combine with other main ingredients. Mix together Topping and sprinkle over main ingredient mixture. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Note: You may substitute a homemade white sauce for the can of soup and add a 4 ounce can of mushrooms.
