LUNCHEON SANDWICH 
8 slices white bread
butter
Sharp cheese, shredded
Chicken, turkey or tuna
4 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup

Remove crusts from bread. Butter all slices. Lay 4 slices in bottom of pan. Place cheese on then layers of chicken, tuna or turkey. Top with other slice of bread. Mix eggs with milk. Pour over all. Refrigerate overnight. The next day, bake at 350 degrees until set and lightly browned. Pour mushroom soup over and serve.
