MEXICAN LUNCHEON 
1 lb. sausage
1 lg. onion
1 green bell pepper
1 lg. can or qt. tomatoes
2 c. sour cream
2 c. elbow macaroni
1 tsp. chili powder (as desired)
Salt to taste

Brown together in a deep skillet sausage, diced onion and green pepper. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Slowly add sour cream (made as indicated below); bring to a boil and stir in sugar, chili powder (as desired) and salt. Add macaroni. Cover skillet and cook slowly until macaroni is done.

Mixture for sour cream: To 2 cups of milk, mix 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
