LUNCHEON CRAB BAKE | |
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat 1 c. soft bread crumbs 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 3/4 c. milk 6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped 1/3 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced 3/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs Break crabmeat in chunks. Mix with remaining ingredients except buttered crumbs. Pile in greased 1 quart casserole or individual baking dishes. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot throughout. Trim with stuffed olive slices. Yield: 6 servings. |
