BAKED CRAB 
1 lb. Special crab meat
12 slices thin sliced bread
2 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
7 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasonings
20 sm. cubes sharp cheese

Remove crusts from bread and cut into small cubes. Chop eggs into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients except cheese cubes in a large bowl and pour into a large greased casserole dish, about 9 x 12 inches. Sprinkle cheese cubes on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble.
