MARINATED CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lb. chicken legs or chicken parts
1 (8 oz.) jar Ranch dressing
1 c. white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch black pepper
Bread crumbs

In a 15 x 10 x 2 inch pyrex casserole pan; mix dressing, wine, lemon juice and pepper; blend well.

Skin chicken. Mix in dressing mix, turning often to cover chicken. Marinate at least 3 hours in refrigeration. Turning every 1/2 hour.

After chicken has marinated for 3 hours, remove and roll in bread crumbs (plain). Discard 1/2 of what is left of the marinated Ranch mixture, leaving the bottom of the casserole covered about 1/4; put chicken back gently in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven. For 1 hour, basting often.
