BEEF-VEGETABLE STIR FRY 
1 lb. thin spaghetti or 1 1/2 c. rice
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. lean round steak, slice into 1/2" strips
1 (12 oz.) bag California style frozen vegetables
1-3 cloves garlic (to taste), crushed
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chicken broth
Soy sauce

Prepare spaghetti or rice according to directions. Keep warm. In large skillet heat oil and add meat. Toss until just cooked, about 1 minute. Remove meat to plate. Reheat oil, add vegetables and stir quickly. As they start to soften put meat back and continue to stir over high heat. Add chicken, broth and a little soy sauce if desired. Cover and steam over low heat 1 minute. Serve over rice or pasta.
