1 lb. round steak
1 c. bread crumbs
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
Pinch of sage
Salt and pepper to taste

Pound steak, cut into servings, put in layers in greased casserole, add 1 1/2 cups of hot water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
