1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut in serving pieces
1 pkg. onion soup mix
6 potatoes, sliced
6 carrots, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Lay steak out in a large baking dish, sprinkle 1/2 package of onion soup mix over the steak. Add 6 sliced potatoes and 6 sliced carrots. Sprinkle the rest of the onion soup mix and pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup over all. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve with salad. Makes a good meal.
