OATMEAL JAM BARS 
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. flour
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
1 to 1 1/4 c. raspberry jam

Mix the oats, flour, sugar, butter and salt. Put 1/2 of the dough in the bottom of a 9x9 pan. Spread with jam. Sprinkle remaining dough over jam. Flatten with hands. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
