1 pkg. spice cake mix
2 c. rolled oats
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped (or 2 c., if desired)
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. wheat germ (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, rolled oats, eggs, oil, milk, raisins, nuts, brown sugar and wheat germ. Mix well. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minute, then remove to a rack to finish cooling.
